Assessing the paint before correcting it
The process presented by SC Classic includes inspection under professional lighting, paint thickness measurements, defect correction, finishing and final protection. On a classic car, previous repainting and other work must also be considered, choosing a level of correction suitable for the surfaces.
Correction and protection
The available treatments may include basic correction with a sealant, an intermediate one- or two-stage process, or more extensive correction with final protection. The treatment, including any coating, is proposed after assessing the car: polishing cannot remove every defect.

Frequently asked questions
Is polishing the same as repainting?
No. Polishing works on the existing finish; repainting involves a different scope of work. The initial assessment also helps distinguish these needs.
Can every scratch be removed?
The result depends on the condition and depth of the defects. Before starting, we define the objective and limitations, without promising complete correction on every paint surface.
