Defining the work required
Before choosing the work, we assess the bodywork, mechanical systems, documentation and previous interventions. The objective may be to return an inactive car to use, address specific problems or improve the finish while preserving what remains sound.
Bodywork, mechanical systems and finishing
The plan may include the body shell, preparation and painting, engine and transmission, other systems and interior. Parts to be recovered or replaced are assessed within the project as a whole. A glossy finish does not replace an inspection of the structure or mechanical systems.
Two jobs, two scopes of work
Among the cars photographed by SC Classic, the red Porsche 911 received a partial cosmetic restoration. The black Porsche 911 underwent complete professional polishing. These descriptions specify the confirmed work without claiming undocumented overhauls or rebuilding.
